We would like to assure our customers that we have a number of stringent measures, policies and initiatives
in place to make you feel safe and supported within our venues.
We constantly review and engage with various groups to improve our practices.
Measures In Place
We promote and operate the “Ask Angela” initiative
CCTV is deployed throughout the venue and monitored
SIA trained and licensed security team throughout the venue and undercover monitor stewards
Multiple first aiders on duty at all times
A random search policy at point of entry
Full track and trace system at point of entry
Introduction of sealed drinks cups available at all bars
Staff bystander training
We work closely with Police Scotland and report any crime or suspected crime that has been committed on the premises
Regular staff training sessions for all of our staff, ensuring they know how to spot issues and how to deal with them appropriately
Detailed Vulnerability policy, to ensure the safety of our vulnerable lone people being refused entry or leaving on their own
Paid taxi to hospital for those in need

Floor staff who monitor all parts of the venue, clear away unattended drinks and report any concerning activity
A discrete online reporting system “REPORT4SUPPORT” for reporting your concerns should for any reason you don’t wish to report to us on the night.

Our staff are here to support you. If you’re on a date that isn’t working out, getting unwanted attention or people aren’t taking ‘no’ as an answer, just Ask for Angela.
Staff will be able to assist by supporting you to leave the venue safely or ensure you are reunited with a friend.
