How big can my group be?
There is no fixed maximum for general birthday groups, but larger parties should book early so the team can plan wristbands and space.
What ID do I need?
Bring photo ID such as a passport, driving licence, or PASS-approved ID. It must show the birthday person is within the 7 day birthday window.
Does the 40% off apply to everyone?
Yes. The discount applies to guests in the group who are wearing the official birthday wristband issued on arrival.
What happens if we arrive after 11:30PM?
The birthday offer requires arrival before 11:30PM. After that, standard entry and venue policy applies.
Can I book for any Friday or Saturday?
